Conduct Competitive Analysis

The goal of competitor analysis is to identify and expand upon competitive


advantage – the benefits that proposed business can offer the customer or client
that the competition can’t or won’t supply. Based on what we did in our business
plan to know the strategy of our competitor we had interview last month in
(Barangay Paga Located at Lebak, Sultan, Kudarat). To acquire knowledge we
interviewed Mr. Bernie V. Panaguiton of their business piglet production. And
these are the questions we asked:
 how he started his business
 who motivated him to build the business
 how he runs his business
 where he draws capital for his business
 What technique’s does he use to grew his business.

Describe your product or service


Our piglet production is well-cared and housed in a secure environment. For the
services, we ensure that our pigs are of top quality and they are kept clean and
sanitized to prevent bacteria and infections.

One of the most important sections of a business plan is Marketing and Sales
Strategies, which outlines your plan for reaching and selling to your target
market. While you want to have a i product or provide stellar service, it’s all for
