    SWITZERLAND VISA REQUIREMENT

    BUSINESS VISA

    1. Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return.


    2. Visa application form signed as per the passport.
    3. Declaration signed as per the passport.
    4. Two colour photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face
    should be seen.
    5. Original Covering letter from Indian company on company letter head
    in detail .
    6. Copy of Invitation letter from Invitee in detail and Invitee ID Copy
    7. Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years
    8. Company Income tax papers for last 3 years
    9. Updated Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months with stamp and
    signature on all the pages
    10. Updated Company Bank Statement of last 6 months with stamp and
    signature on all the pages
    11. Salary Slips for last 6 months with stamp and signature
    12. Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt
    13. Return Air ticket.
    14. Company registration copy (Pls note company registration required in
    English language if company registration is in different language -
    translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary).
    15. Vaccine Certificate linked by passport no.
