 Instructions to the Candidates:

1. Affix your photograph which was uploaded in the application, in the space provided on Page 1. This is
mandatory and will be matched with the photograph printed on page 1. Candidates without photograph so
affixed on the Admit Card will not be allowed to appear for the online test.
2. Candidates should carry one of the following valid Photo ID Cards in Original to the test centre for
verification which is mandatory; (a) Passport, (b) Driving License, (c) Electoral Identification card (d)
Aadhaar Card. College or Employee ID cards or any other ID will not be considered as valid ID. Candidates
reporting without the above mentioned photo identity proof will not be allowed to appear for the test.
3. Candidates who report without the above documents, candidates whose identity do not match with the
photograph/signature in the application at the test centre will not be allowed to appear for the test. The Admit
Card will be valid only for the Test date and session as specified at page no. 1.
4. This Admit Card shall be handed over to the Room Invigilator after due verification conducted by the Invigilator
during the test. A copy of Admit Card may kept with you for future references. In case you have received Admit
Cards for multiple posts or multiple Registration Numbers, you should bring all Admit Cards and surrender them
to your invigilator.
5. Candidates are allowed to carry only this Admit Card/Pen inside the Examination hall. Books, periodicals,
any written material, mobile, electronic gadgets, calculators, laptops etc. are not allowed inside the examination
hall.
6. Personal belongings including mobile phone shall be kept outside the examination room at the
candidate's own risk. Candidates are advised not to bring valuables and any other personal belongings of high
value while coming for the tests and FACT / the test centre shall not be responsible in case of loss or theft of
such items which are brought to the test centre.
7. Candidates shall maintain complete silence during the examination & communication in any form between
candidates or with outsiders is not permitted.
8. Rough sheet (if required) shall be provided at the centre to the candidates for carrying out rough workings
during the test.
9. Candidates found using any unfair means or found in possession of any incriminating material during the test,
and candidates not complying with instructions of the Invigilator shall be expelled from the examination hall
and their candidature would be cancelled.
10. Candidates are not allowed to smoke or eat inside the examination hall.
11. In matters with regard to conduct of examination, the decision of Test coordinator shall be final and binding.
12. Candidates are required to download Admit Card online only as no separate physical copy of this Admit Card
will be dispatched.
13. Please note that this Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment.
14. Non observance of the instructions mentioned herein will render the candidate liable to disqualification from the
test.
15. This Admit Card is issued purely on the basis of the details furnished by you in the online application form, subject
to detailed scrutiny and if at any stage of recruitment any discrepancy is found or if you do not fulfill eligibility
criteria for the posts, eligibility for application fee exemption etc., as prescribed in the notification and supported
by documentary evidence your candidature shall be cancelled.
16. YOUR CANDIDATURE IS PROVISIONAL AND IS SUBJECT TO YOUR MEETING THE PRESCRIBED
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, PERCENTAGE OF MARKS, AGE AND OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS
PER THE NOTIFICATION FOR THIS RECRUITMENT. In case, during subsequent stages of the selection
procedure, it is found that you do not meet eligibility requirements, your candidature will be rejected without
further reference to you and you will not be considered for subsequent stages of selection/interview. Candidates
are therefore advised to appear for the test only if they satisfy the eligibility criteria for selection as prescribed in
our notification in the website www.fact.co.in in all respects.
17. It is compulsory for candidates to use a standard face mask. Entry without wearing a face mask will not be
permitted at all. For verification purpose only, when asked by the examination authority at the examination centre,
mask needs to be removed. Inside and outside of the examination hall the guidelines related to social distancing
must be followed.
18. Demonstration of online test is available in our website www.fact.co.in. Please visit the website and go through the
steps so as to familiarize yourself with the online test.
19. Objection management link will be opened for candidates for 2 days after the conduct of examination to submit
representation on the questions if any, to FACT.

2. उम्मीदवारों को सत्यापन के नलए परीक्षा केंद्र में ननम्ननलल्पखत में से एक वैध फोटो पहिान पत्र मूल रूप में ले जाना अननवायि है ; (ए) पासपोटि , (बी) डराइनवंग लाइसेंस,
(सी) िुनावी पहिान पत्र (डी) आधार काडि । कॉलेज या कमििारी आईडी काडि या नकसी अन्य आईडी को वैध आईडी नहीं माना जाएगा। उपयुिक्त फोटो पहिान
प्रमाण के नबना ररपोनटिं ग करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा में बै ठने की अनुमनत नहीं दी जाएगी।
3. उम्मीदवार जो उपरोक्त दस्तावेजों के नबना ररपोटि करते हैं अथव नजन उम्मीदवारों की पहिान परीक्षा केंद्र में आवेदन में फोटोहहस्ताक्षर से मेल नहीं खाती है , उन्हें
परीक्षा के नलए उपल्पस्ित होने की अनुमनत नहीं दी जाएगी। प्रवेश ित्र केवल परीक्षण नतनि एवां सत्र, जैसा नक ऊपर पृष् संख्या पर नननदि ष्ट है , के नलए मान्य होगा।
4. परीक्षा के दौरान ननरीक्षक द्वारा नकए गए सत्यापन के बाद यह प्रवेश पत्र कक्ष ननरीक्षक को सौंप नदया जाएगा। भनवष्य के संदभि के नलए प्रवेश पत्र की एक प्रनत
आपके पास रख सकते हैं । यलद आिको कई िदोां य कई िांजीकरण सांख्य के लिए प्रवेश ित्र प्र प्त हुए हैं , तो आिको सभी प्रवेश ित्र ि ने होांगे और उन्हें अिने
ियकवेक्षक को सौंप दे ना होगा।
5. उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा हॉल के अंदर केवल इस प्रवेश पत्र / कलम को ले जाने की अनुमनत है । परीक्षा हॉल के अंदर नकताबें , पनत्रकाएं , कोई नलल्पखत सामग्री,
मोबाइल, इलेक्ट्रॉननक गैजेट, कैलकुलेटर, लैपटॉप आनद ले जाने की अनुमनत नहीं है ।
6. मोबाइल फोन सनहत व्यल्पक्तगत सामान उम्मीदवार के अपने जोल्पखम पर परीक्षा कक्ष के बाहर रखन होग । उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है नक वे परीक्षण के नलए
आते समय कीमती सामान और उच्च मूल्य का कोई अन्य व्यल्पक्तगत सामान न लाएं और ऐसी वस्तुओं के खो जाने या िोरी होने की ल्पस्िनत में एफ ए सी टी / परीक्षा
केंद्र नजम्मेदार नहीं होगा ।
7. उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा के दौरान पूणि मौन बनाए रखना होगा और उम्मीदवारों के बीि या बाहरी लोगों के साि नकसी भी रूप में संिार की अनुमनत नहीं है ।
8. परीक्षा के दौरान रफ कायि करने के नलए उम्मीदवारों को रफ शीट (यनद आवश्यक हो) परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रदान की जाएगी।
9. परीक्षा के दौरान नकसी भी अनुनित साधन का उपयोग करते हुए या नकसी आपनिजनक सामग्री के कब्जे में पाए जाने वाले उम्मीदवारों और पयि वेक्षक के ननदे शों का
पालन नहीं करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा हॉल से ननष्कानसत कर नदया जाएगा और उनकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
10. उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा हॉल के अंदर धू म्रपान या खाने की अनुमनत नहीं है ।
11. परीक्षा के आयोजन के संबंध में , परीक्षण समन्वयक का ननणिय अंनतम और बाध्य होगा।
12. उम्मीदवारों को केवल प्रवेश पत्र ऑनलाइन डाउनलोड करने की आवश्यकता है क्ोंनक इस प्रवेश पत्र की कोई अलग भौनतक प्रनत नहीं भेजी जाएगी।
13. कृपया ध्यान दें नक यह प्रवेश पत्र रोजगार का प्रस्ताव नहीं है ।
14. यहां उल्पिल्पखत ननदे शों का पालन न करने पर उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा से अयोग्य घोनषत कर नदया जाएगा।
15. यह प्रवेश पत्र पूरी तरह से ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में आपके द्वारा प्रस्तुत नववरण के आधार पर जारी नकया जाता है , जो नवस्तृत जांि के अधीन होगा और यनद भती
के नकसी भी िरण में कोई नवसंगनत पाई जाती है या यनद आप अनधसूिना में ननधािररत पद, आवेदन शुल्क में छूट आनद के नलए पात्रता मानदं ड को पूरा नहीं करते हैं ,

16. महत्वपूर्ण नोट: आपकी उम्मीदवारी प्रावतिक है और इस भिी के तिए अतिसूचना के अनुसार तनिाणररि शैतक्षक योग्यिा, अंकों का प्रतिशि, आयु और
अन्य पात्रिा मानदं डों को पूरा करने के अिीन है। यनद ियन प्रनिया के बाद के िरणों के दौरान, यह पाया जाता है नक आप पात्रता आवश्यकताओं को पूरा नहीं
करते हैं , तो आपकी उम्मीदवारी को आपको नबना नकसी संदभि के अस्वीकार कर नदया जाएगा और आपको ियनहसाक्षात्कार के बाद के िरणों के नलए नविार नहीं
नकया जाएगा। इसनलए उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है नक वे केवल तभी परीक्षा के नलए उपल्पस्ित हों जब वे वेबसाइट www.fact.co.in पर हमारी अनधसूिना में
ननधािररत ियन के नलए पात्रता मानदं ड को सभी तरह से पूरा करते हैं ।
17. उम्मीदवारों के नलए मानक फेस मास्क का उपयोग करना अननवायि है । लबन फेस म स्क िहने प्रवेश की लबल्कुि भी अनुमलत नहीां होगी। केवल सत्यापन के उद्दे श्य
से , परीक्षा केंद्र पर परीक्षा प्रानधकरण द्वारा पूछे जाने पर, मास्क को हटाने की आवश्यकता होती है । परीक्षा हॉल के अंदर और बाहर सोशल नडस्टें नसंग से संबंनधत
नदशा-ननदे शों का पालन करना होगा।
18. ऑनलाइन परीक्षा का डे मो हमारी वेबसाइट www.fact.co.in पर उपलब्ध है। कृपया वेबसाइट दे खें और ऑनलाइन परीक्षा िरणों से पररनित हो।
19. FACT द्वारा परीक्षा के आयोजन के बाद 2 नदनों के नलए उम्मीदवारों के नलए आपनि प्रबंधन नलंक खोला जाएगा, यनद नकसी प्रश्न पर कोई आपनि हो, तो आप अपनी
आपनि ऑनलाइन दर्ि कर सकते हैं ।

ABOUT ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS:

1. The clock will be set at the server. The countdown timer in the top right corner of screen will display
the remaining time available for you to complete the examination. When the timer reaches zero, the
examination will end by itself.
2. In order to answer a question, you have to "click" the option (Radio Button) given against the answer option that
you consider is appropriate / correct. The option which has been clicked on will be highlighted and shall be treated
as the answer given by you for the question.
3. In case you want to change your answer, you can click at the new answer option (Radio Button).
4. If you do not wish to attempt the question then you should not click on any option for that question and may click
"Next". To un-attempt an answered question you can click on reset button on screen.
5. You can "Bookmark" questions by clicking checkbox “Mark for Review” given at the beginning of question to review
before submitting.
6. You can select the Section from the drop down given on top-right to answer the questions of that particular
section. You can also navigate between the sections.
7. You can navigate between questions either by clicking on "Previous"/ "Next" or by directly clicking on the question
numbers which are displayed as Attempted / Not-Attempted / Attempted & Marked for Review/ Not Attempted &
Marked for Review in the Summary panel.

ABOUT THE PREVIEW AND SUBMISSION:

8. The answers are saved whenever the candidate navigates e.g., by clicking on Next/Previous button.
9. The candidate can make changes in their choice of alternative answer, during the Test.
10. Candidate can switch to any of the question by clicking on summary panel shown at the left-hand side of the
screen. For example: Answered / unanswered / marked for Review.
11. After the expiry of exam time the candidates will not be able to attempt any question or check their answers. The
answers of the candidate would be saved automatically by the computer system.
12. At the end of the test, questions which are Attempted and Marked for Review & Attempted shall be considered as
answered and accordingly evaluated.

2. नकसी प्रश्न का उिर दे ने के नलए, आपको उस उिर नवकि के सामने नदए गए नवकि (रे नडयो बटन) पर "ल्पिक" करना होगा नजसे आप उनितहसही समझते हैं । नजस
नवकि पर ल्पिक नकया गया है उसे हाइलाइट नकया जाएगा और इसे प्रश्न के नलए आपके द्वारा नदया गया उिर माना जाएगा।
3. यनद आप अपना उिर बदलना िाहते हैं , तो आप नए उिर नवकि (रे नडयो बटन) पर ल्पिक कर सकते हैं ।
4. यनद आप प्रश्न का प्रयास नहीं करना िाहते हैं तो आपको उस प्रश्न के नकसी भी नवकि पर ल्पिक नहीं करना िानहए और "अगला" पर ल्पिक करना िानहए। एक उिर
नदए गए प्रश्न को अनुत्तररत करने के नलए आप स्क्रीन पर ‘रीसेट’ बटन पर ल्पिक कर सकते हैं ।
5. आप सबनमट करने से पहले समीक्षा के नलए प्रश्न की शुरुआत में नदए गए िे कबॉक्स "समीक्षा के नलए निनित करें " पर ल्पिक करके प्रश्नों को "बुकमाकि" कर सकते हैं ।
6. आप उस नवशेष खंड के प्रश्नों के उिर दे ने के नलए शीषि -दाईं ओर नदए गए डरॉप डाउन से अनुभाग का ियन कर सकते हैं । आप अनुभागों के बीि संिालन भी कर
सकते हैं ।
7. आप या तो "नपछला" ह "अगला" पर ल्पिक करके या “प्रयास नकए गए ह प्रयास नहीं नकए गए ह प्रयास नकए गए एवां समीक्षा के नलए निनित ह समीक्षा के नलए निनित ह

नसस्टम द्वारा स्विानलत रूप से सहे जे जाएं गे।
