Job role

Within the RPA team, the RPA Platform Owner is responsible with the landscape and software suite
of the UiPath RPA platform to support continued implementation and maintenance of automated
business processes.

Responsibilities

Ensures that the code developed on his application is complying with highest quality
standards
Ensures that the code and architecture delivered on his application can be operated within
the SLAs (response time, availability, BCM availability)
Ensures corrective actions are proactively taken on his application when KPIs show
weaknesses or Voice of Customer is bad

Liaise / assist Allianz Dev team to productize new RPA projects. This includes fixes, resource
allocations, robot allocations, business application deployment etc.
Ensures that his application is maintained and operated within the agreed budgets, and
implement continuous improvement
Coordinates with Operations and Integration for the follow-up of the Release Management
Planning for his application
Takes decision when milestones are not met on his application in order to build an
alternative action plan of delivery.

Requirements

Able to deal with multiple and simultaneous operational topics

Able to discuss with IT Operations and Integration teams, as well as with the Infrastructure
teams, covering topics where he has advanced skillset on below list of components:
Windows Server operating system.
SQL and SQL queries/scripting.
PowerShell/Bash scripting.
Linux administration.
Networking.
Elasticsearch/Kibana (installation/update/maintenance).

Skills

Ability to manage outsourced services

Ability to understand and challenge business requirements
Customer oriented spirit in order to listen to Business Users complaints and trigger the right
corrective actions
Nice to have:
- Terraform and AWS services.
- GitLab integration and management.
