What you’ll do,

Chief Security Officer provides security services group-wide, working closely with
platforms and business units to deliver their requirements in an efficient and secure way
to keep the Group, our customers, colleagues, and data safe.
As a Junior IAM Analyst – Unix Database Midrange within Chief Security Officer in
Colleague IAM Lab, you will play a key role in managing the Bank's IAM on Unix, Oracle
and Midrange infrastructure and ensuring that appropriate access controls are in place
and operating effectively. Specific activities include:
● Monitor, assess and report on the effectiveness of IAM controls.
● Troubleshoot and resolve UNIX hardware and software issues.
● Analyse the Server OS and physical/virtual requirements and their impacts
(Network, Storage, Management, Security) as part of infrastructure projects.
● You will have significant and in-depth knowledge of Cyber Security principles,
processes and toolsets coupled with demonstrable experience in running
operational Cyber Security teams.
● You will be a Subject Matter Expert, responsible for delivery of critical
provisioning and compliance related tasks on the Windows platform

What you’ll need,


● Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering.
● Excellent foundation skills in multiple areas of I.T. infrastructure – Unix (Red Hat,
HPUX, AIX, Solaris), Oracle Databases, F5, ISERIES AS400, Unisys and Tandem HP
Non-Stop.
● Scripting Knowledge or awareness is highly desirable.
● Growth mindset that challenges the status quo and focuses on outside-the-box
ideas and solutions.
● Basic understanding of the ITIL process that manages IT tasks.
● Working with a range of information to provide informative analysis to key
partners.
● Ability to build relationships within the team and across other labs and platform
areas.
● Experience of working in an Identity & Access Management or IT Security function.
● Awareness of Identity management toolsets such as OIM (or similar Identity &
Access management service).
● Knowledge of Active Directory Users & Computers for access management.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
● Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
● Expertise and good knowledge of identity & access management best practises
and the access management lifecycle.
● Agile or Scrum exposure is desirable.
● Knowledge of Active Directory Users & Computers for access management.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Good stakeholder management with ability to manage tasks effectively.

Compensation: 5.50 for freshers and up to 7.20 Lakhs for 6 months to 18 months
