Key Responsibilities
• You’ll be responsible for identifying underlying business problems and turning them into analytical solution in liaison with
our Practice/ Solutioning Leads and ensuring a successful client sign off and implement it meeting the customer’s needs
• Working predominantly in Agile scrum teams, you’ll be expected to understand clients’ business processes, relevant
technology, infrastructure to identify best solution and gather inputs/ data needed to successfully end to end delivery
• You’ll be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development through to deployment and
post-production support
• You’ll acquire a deep product knowledge of eClerx’s tools, products, and processes, and will be able to mentor resources
and accelerate knowledge transfer/ documentation and ensuring internal compliance
• You’ll also act as a champion in the wider Community of Practice forums, sharing analytics best practices, industry insights,
lessons learned and stay current on emerging tools and time-saving techniques

Role Proficiencies
• Basic data management orientation and related tools, Analytical and logical ability
• Preferably Math/ Science or Engineering/ Economics background
• Knack of any coding language. Knowledge of HTML, j-Query (added bonus)
• Should be flexible to work EMEA shift and extend to US shifts on needed basis
• Inclinations/knowledge of happenings in technology world [Digital Marketing, General purpose scripting, Statistical scripting
R/SAS]

• Detailed knowledge and past or current hands-on experience to the latest Tools and Technologies. Good knowledge of
multiple Statistical tools and applications (R/Python/SAS)
• Good experience in predictability analysis such as Statistical analysis, Optimization, Predictability modeling, Forecasting etc.
• Responsive, Strong management skills
• Consultative mindset, always challenging status-quo
• You’ll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground
• You’ll have excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a white-board discussion
with clients/ internal teams or delivering a technical presentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Should be a good team player and ability to lead teams
• You’ll have the vision to help us take our company to the next level
