Hon'ble Member-IV Justice (R ) Ikram Ullah Khan was born on Ist of January 1959, Officerabad, Saidu Sharif, Swat. He belongs to Tehsil Babozai, District Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He completed his early education from Wadudia High School Saidu Sharif, Swat and done his graduation from Government Post Graduate Jehanzeb Collage, Saidu Sharif. He moved to Karachi Sindh Muslim Law Collage to complete his (Law) L.L.B in Year 1988, He started his professional career and began legal practice as a Lawyer in 1988.
