We the students of NMIMS, Mumbai, have a subject in our curriculum – “Organizational Behaviour”
in which we have been assigned a group project where we need to identify a People-related
behavioural challenge or problem in an educational institution/ NGO/ small & medium enterprise
and suggest a modified/ new solution for the same.
Sardar Patel institute of technology is an esteemed institution and would provide us a perfect
learning environment. We would be grateful if you permit us to come and practically learn &
experience in an institution like yours regarding Organizational Behaviour.
The project is divided into two phases, in which, Phase 1 aims at identifying a particular behavioural
challenge that needs to be resolved. For phase 1, we would like to make two visits, the first to
identify the particular behaviour upon which we would be working & second to collect data points
through observation, surveys and interaction with different personnel of the institute. We need to
complete our phase 1 by 17 th July 2022. For the second phase, we have to suggest possible solutions
for the behavioural issues and suggest ways for its implementation. For the same, we need to make
a single visit. We need to complete our phase 2 by 14 th August 2022.
