“HOW TO MAKE PIZZA”

HOW TO MAKE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:
 2 tablespoon margarine
 1 tablespoon sugar
 1 egg yolk
 65ml water
 ½ teaspoon yeast
 125gr medium pro flour
FOR TOPPING:
 Sausage
 Tomato and chilli sauce
 1 clove onion
 Parsley flakes as you wish
STEPS:
 First, prepare all of the ingredients and tools that we need.
 Remove the egg yolk and albumen and place them in different bowls.
 Melt the margarine over a hot fire until its melt.
 Mix well 2 tablespoon of margarine, 1 tablespoon of sugar and the egg yolk in the
bowl.
 Pour 65ml water into the dough.
 Then add ½ teaspoon of yeast and 125gr flour into the dough and stir well. Make sure
to stir the dough until its lumpy.
 After the dough is done, cover the dough with a cloth and leave the dough for 20
minutes.
 After 20 minutes, open the dough cover.
 Brush your hand with oil and deflate the dough.
 After that, flatten the dough into teflon.
 Cut the edges part of the dough using a knife.
 Add sausage and cover the sausage with the dough that we cut earlier.
 Pierce the center of the dough with fork so the dough can expand when heated.
 Cover with teflon cover and cook 10 minutes over low heat.
 After 10 minutes, spread the dough with sauce and flatten it with spoon.
 Add chopped onion, sausage, and cheese.
 Don’t forget to sprinkle parsley flakes.
 Cook again for 15 minutes over low heat.
 Pizza is ready to serve, yum-yum! ;D
