CANADA EXPRESS ENTRY PROGRAM (w.e.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

An applicant requires a minimum of 67 points in the following factors to qualify for Canadian
Immigration under skilled worker category;

NOTE: UPON CONTRACT SIGNING, TECHNICAL EVALUATION WILL BE DONE, IF THE CLIENT IS FOUND
NOT QUALIFIED, CONTRACT IS TERMINATED AND FULL CONSULTANCY FEE PAID WILL BE RETURNED.
STEP – I (a) ‘EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT’ (ECA)

To claim points for education, an applicant must get his educational documents assessed by an
approved authority such as ‘World Educational Services (WES)’, ’International Qualifications
Assessment Service (IQAS)’, ’Medical Council of Canada (MCC)’, ‘The Pharmacy Examining Board of
Canada (PEBC)’ etc., in order to get Canadian equivalency of his education.
 All educational documents from secondary onwards are required. (Marks sheets +
Certificates/Diplomas/Degrees).
 ECA cost to be paid via client’s credit/debit card. The fee may vary for each evaluation
authority.
 Client must arrange attested photocopies of his/her credentials from respective institution in
a sealed envelope, which shall be sent by the institute directly to the assessing authority in
Canada.
 It may take between 2 to 3 months for the whole process depending on the educational
credential authorities.

STEP – I (b) ‘LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST CERTIFICATE’

To claim points for language proficiency, an applicant must appear for an accepted language
proficiency exam such as, IELTS (General) or CELPIP.
 Must score minimum advised points by the counselor to qualify.
 WWICS does not provide any training or assistance in preparation of language proficiency test.
 If available, WWICS may provide material for preparation.

STEP – II ‘EXPRESS ENTRY FILING’

Express Entry System is the current system in place for selection of immigrants. It is an online pool
where all the applicants upload their profile and the IRCC selects profiles in a bi-weekly draw based
on rankings.
 The client shall submit the documents requested and the company proceed with Express Entry
Filing.
 After express entry filing if the client has subscribed and qualified for provincial nomination,
the company shall file PNP accordingly.

STEP – III ‘UPON RECEIPT OF INVITATION TO APPLY (ITA)

Selected profiles receive invitation to apply (ITA).


 ITA checklist is shared with the client to provide the documents ASAP including Police
Clearance Certificates, proof of funds and medical reports.
 Relevant govt. fees are paid and ITA is filed.
 It takes further few months to receive final passport submission request for visa stamping.
 Post landing services may be provided as per the package

This fee is payable by principal applicant (with some exceptions) and accompanying spouses and common-
law partners. It must be paid before the immigrant visa is issued overseas.

The following applicants are not required to pay this fee:


 Dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother,
sister, niece, nephew or grandchild; and
 Protected persons, including Convention refugees.
