We MNS Inspection Company, in accordance with the instruction received from Sultan Lagoon Hub BD. Ltd, vide
their mail dated 17.10.2019, attended on board the mother vessel on 24.10.2019 to 02.11.2019, for discharging
supervision, load draft survey, part draft survey & light draft survey at Chattogram Outer Anchorage/Kutubdia &
on board the following lighter vessels between 24.10.2019 to 02.11.2019, for ascertaining of quantity by load &
light draft survey as per conventional method.

DRAFT SURVEY OF MOTHER VESSEL MV-SAN NICOLAS AT CHATTOGRAM O/A & KUTUBDIA :

INSPECTION Company on behalf of Sultan Lagoon, Chief Officer of the vessel.

According to the findings of the pre-discharge Part draft survey of the vessel at Chattogram Outer Anchorage the
vessel was found to be carrying 20,000 M/Tons of Crushed Stone based on a declared ship’s constant 350.000
M/Tons, against the Bill of Lading quantity of 20,000.000 M/Tons.

On completion of discharge CPPB cargo from MV-SAN NICOLAS. A final draft survey was conducted by the Chief
Officer of the vessel and us at Chittagong Kutubdia. As per final draft survey estimated quantity of cargo
discharged at Chattogram Kutubdia 20,0000 M/Tons

DRAFT SURVEY OF LIGHTER VESSEL:

We attended on board the below lighter vessels at Matarbari to carry out light & load draft survey of each lighter
vessel in presence of Master/Seacunny of lighter vessel through conventional method.
