retirement or voluntary
resignation by the applicant.
 • Misuse or diversion of financial
and support services extended
to ARBs pursuant to Sec. 37 of
R.A. No. 6657, as amended.

DISQUALIFICATION • Negligence or misuse of the

in Sec. 22 of R.A. No. 6657, as
amended.
 • Material misrepresentation of
the ARBs basic qualifications
provided in Sec. 22 of R.A. No.

• Premature conversion by the
ARB pursuant to Sec. 11 of

 • Sale, transfer, lease, or any
other form of conveyance by a
beneficiary of the right of
ownership, right to use, or any

to violate or circumvent the
provisions of Sec. 27 and 73 of

which would have allowed them

DISQUALIFICATION
