We have this exact issue, shared MBs accessed by many users, some lose their access, some

don;t. Yes, you can rebuild the profile, but the MB disappears after 15-20 seconds. We have one
user, managing a training mailbox, who we have rebuilt her profile 2-3x. and come the next
Monday., shared mailbox is gone and profile has to be rebuilt.

We have added the following registry DWord-32 and seems to hold.

Configure one of the following registry subkeys as follows:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\Autodiscover
DWORD: ExcludeLastKnownGoodUrl
Value: 1

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\Autodiscover
DWORD: ExcludeLastKnownGoodUrl
Value: 1
NoteThe x.0 place holder represents your version of Office (16.0 = Office 2016, Office 365 and
Office 2019, 15.0 = Office 2013).
