THE PROJECT

1) The aim of implementing Online ML/OD applying system is to reduce time of the current ML/OD
applying system.

2) The regular system for getting ML / OD takes time and as the physical approachment needs approvement
from higher official after getting approved from Faculty Advisor.

3) In order to reduce Time and be Efficient , we bring this project of Online ML / OD Applying System.
THE HISTORY

1) In current system , applying Medical leave and On-Duty Approvement is not a rapid process

2) It takes much time as it requires approvement from Faculty Advisors and other Higher
Officials

LIMITATIONS

1) Proof for the Medical Leave and OD needs to be uploaded .

2) Only Official /Authorized attachment should be uploaded as a Proof for Submission.

APPROACH

1) Detailed project plan outlining the scope , goals, and timelines for the project

2) Requires Approvement from the Officials to make this system Online.

BENEFITS

1) Reduces Time for the process as the work done in Online.

2) More Efficient than the Existing system for applying Medical Leave and OD.

Result :

Thus, the project team formed, the project is described, the business case was
prepared and the problem statement was arrived.
