    provides “an integrated picture of the cultural character, significance, and workings of a place” in
    order to help communities recognize, celebrate, and support cultural diversity for economic,
    social and regional development.

    Legazpi City is a place wherein rich culture and history to tell to everyone. We have identified
    that it is a good starting point to really discover the treasures of this city.

    In connection herewith, may I request from your good office to accompany us in visiting the
    cultural places of Legazpi City. Your assistance would be of great help in this project.
