Integrative negotiations are a win – win approach since information are openly share and view
other parties as partner or teammate. It follows some principled negotiation tip and for me the best tip
is using objective criteria. This tip concentrates on using a standard agreed upon measures of success
that everyone can work on. Here are the reasons why I chose this as the best principled negotiation tip.

The first reason is it makes the work easier since there is a guide to what will be the content of
the business proposal. There is no more reason that the business proposal will not be done or started. It
makes the topics on point and provide ideas that will surely makes the client interested about the
business proposal. Revisions on the business proposal will be minimized since it is clear to the group or
team the objective of their business proposal. The outcome of the business proposal will be easily to
understand since its content is aligned with the objective.

The second reason is it creates teamwork and the group or team is united to work with the
business proposal. It requires collaborative effort with the team or group. It needs brainstorming in
order to really acquire the agreed upon objective of the business proposal of the group or team. They
know already what they will worked on as a group or team. Ideas are shared within the team or group
that could help their business proposal achieve its objective.
The last reason is the information that will be gathered should acquire the objective of the

aligned with the objective. It is easy to make a business proposal if you provided and follow the
objective criteria that it have. Making plans or projects starts with an objective in order to have a guide
