FACES IN THE WATER CH-

The story starts with gurmi saying that he
could not sleep properly last night. He also
said that he was not feeling scared of his 3
sisters or whoever…rather whatever they
were. He thought that if they wanted to harm
him, they would’ve done it earlier, but they
really didn’t. they were also nice to mama ,
papa and surinder aunty . he had so many
questions running in his mind , like how could
mohini appear for her 12th boards or what kind
of life they lead in the bottom of the well or
whether that water was really an elixir or not?
He was not even sure that they were his sisters
. nanni had already invited him. He was also
thinking that this is the reason because of
which his mother had forbidden him from
going there.
Next morning he asked rama to pack some
bhurji-paranthas , mango pickle and kaju katli
for him as he told them that he was going to
shoot some green pigeons . He also declined to
be accompanied by negi. Then he took the
water flask, his lunch and went off to the well.
When he reached the well , he looked into it
and called them but no-one appeared.
Suddenly someone asked for cheesecakes and
squidgies . it was Nanni . Gurmi said that he
had only brought bhurji-paranthas , mango
pickle and kaju katli for them. She said that
she loves kaju katli , beaming at him.
Later when they were joined by mohini and
baby ,he took out the food and told them to
catch the food while tossing at them. And then
nanni tells that mohini got 99.7% in her boards
, regarding her as shameful as she was
scoffing all the food.
The story further continues with a boring
storyline and gurmi’s papa is also added to the
story, which is basically a sequence with the 3
sisters, papa , mama, zulu and zola.
