In the industry of metal, energy and electric power industry JAWB'S COMPANY
considered these three type of industry we would planning to join into. JAWB'S
COMPANY is come from the initials of each member who made the company itself that
stands for J for Jean rose, A for Angel, W for Winjen, B for Brix and lastly S for
Sheribelle. We choose this name that shows to represent on the dedication we've
putting to the product we made. One of the reason is that our product would not be
innovated if we are not formulating it so that's why we named our company JAWB'S.
We entrepreneur’s company are located in Cagayan De Oro City.

Our company innovated the ELECTRONIC MULTI PURPOSE TUMBLER

(EMPT'S) where it can have a multi-purpose to those individuals who uses the product.
The product is a tumbler but not just ordinary tumbler it has cooling and heating feature
that energy is generated by the solar panel and also electricity. Not just that but it also
has a wide lens flashlight for safety purposes. This would be perfect to any individuals
specially on camping but also on alarming day such as typhoon because this product is
convenient due to its durability that is perfect for any situation that's need a energy
source.

Our company is focused on the safety of many individuals that's why we

innovated the product that would help them to survive not just surviving but we also
advocating eco-friendly product to help the environment by consumption of renewable
energy that's the thing why our company's advantage. These days many people are
always complaining about the heat from the sun therefore we consider to use it in
helpful way. In making process we consider that Philippines is a nation that has only two
weather season the sunny day and rainy day also this country have a lot of places to go
and do activities like camping or hiking. We use these information to consider what
product would we make so not only this product would be catchy to this generation but
also could be very useful in supporting their passion and helping in their needs.

 Our Marketing Plan is our strategy in introducing this type of product to the
society. We defined who/where is our target market, what they could expect in our
product, how affordable this product is, and where they could locate us. Production
Plan, production plan is the process of planning and making of our product. We
thoroughly thought the materials that we used to secure its durability and dependability
in situations that comes and this product would be so in need. Our organizational plan is
the part of our company that introduces our entrepreneurs who put their ideas together
and design this EMPT'S product. We also include here the form of ownership in our
company and our roles and responsibilities. We are not only concern for your safety in

Description of the Business Venture 

A business venture is a business idea that is formed with the assumption and
intention that it will make more money. Since it often starts with an idea and a limited
means of income, this form of business is usually referred to as a minor business.
Several or even more investors often support business ventures in the expectation
that they will be economically secure. A business venture generally emerges as a
result of a need for a market gap to be filled. A product or service that consumers
desire or require in order to satisfy a certain demand could correspond to this
necessity. Once a business is established, other investors may become interested
by providing assistance and venture money to support further development and
promote the company's profile with the expectation that a bigger profit will be
distributed by every shareholders. By engaging other participants in the process, the
organization in this situation is actually a cooperative business venture. 

It is essential to develop products that satisfy the needs of the current generation
while also remaining essential, especially since that everything we desire is easily
available in the marketplace. In the position as entrepreneurs, we chose to create the
concept of popular fashion tumblers similar to Aqua flask, a brand that is well-known by
the younger population. Due to the usage of renewable energy, this will act as an
environmentally beneficial product, allowing this product to be produced in a method
that results in a solution that is unique and does not already exist in the market. It
motivates us to innovate in ways that will have the greatest positive influence on
society. A product kind that will benefit the company's growth and financial success
throughout the years to come, in addition to the interested customers.

 In conclusion, Electronic Multi-Purpose Tumbler (EMPT's) is a company that
will make lives easier. With the other businesses that are comparable to ours, we can
achieve competitive advantage. This type of product is not just a typical that we can
obtain in the market that can easily harm, instead it has a high durability duet on its
substance which is stainless steel. In relation to that, we strive to make our products
easy and eco-friendly. We have complete confidence that our business venture will
produce and build a very good investment return each year. To guarantee that the
company is widely recognized to the clients, our firm will continue to focus on
business tactics, particularly in terms of marketing. We hope to be able to develop a
solid, loyal consumer base every year. The business will make it a priority to provide
high-quality goods and affordable solutions for assisting individuals, if possible also
generate advantages, revenues, and investments.

Product/Service 

The Electronic Multi-Purpose Tumbler is a popular product with a variety of uses

since it contains features like a flashlight, cooler, and heater. We combined our own life
interests and discovered that we both have a passion for hiking and other outdoor
activities. In order for this to survive a long time without rusting, we really must have a
double-walled stainless steel tumbler with us at work. Then comes the solar panel,
which enables wireless charging of the device and allows it to heat and chill water in
accordance with its features. 

We focus on a device that may be utilized in emergency situations in order to

save electricity and utilize the sun's energy. To ensure that contaminant water is free of
organic components, two micro active carbon filters must be installed. Our product will
be more useful for outdoor activities if it has a flashlight, especially if you're conducting
them in a rural area. It also contains a connector or cable so you may wirelessly charge
it like a smartphone. With the help of solar panels, we combined all these things to
create the Electric Multi-Purpose Tumblr, which may be quite helpful, especially in
emergency situations. 

The product's characteristics are crucial for giving our goods a pleasing aesthetic
appearance and enhancing its potential for profit. The EMPT’s tumbler can hold up to
one liter of water and has a height of 12 inches. There are several reasons why we
used double-walled stainless steel. First the product must in high durable state. Second,
to insulate both heat and cold water. Third, cleaning stainless steel is simple. Fourth, it
benefits the environment, particularly given that plastics harm our society. Fifth, drinking
from stainless steel is pleasant. We chose to utilize an LED flashlight since this type of
flashlight is known for having long-lasting batteries and high-quality lighting features.
We use solar panels that adhere to strict quality and safety standards to guarantee their
effectiveness.

Type of Industry 

Soumya Singh (2012) defines industry as the process of creating items for sale
using either mechanical or human power. It deals with the modification of products at
any step, from the raw material to the finished product. As a result, industry produces
"form utility" to fulfill human needs. Industry includes things like buying coal from
mines, making textiles from cotton, breeding animals, and building houses. Production
in industry includes both producer and consumer items. Consumer products are made
specifically for human consumption. Such commodities include things like bread,
butter, fabric, spices, and medicines. Producer goods, also known as capital goods,
are necessary for the creation of consumer goods. Producer products include things
like raw materials, machinery, equipment, plastic, rubber, aluminum among others. 

Although, when we developed our product a Multi-Purpose Tumblr, there are

many various sectors in the industry. In spite of that we still considered three different
industries: the metal, energy and electric power industry. Non-ferrous metals like
aluminum, copper, and zinc, as well as ferrous elements like steel, are processed by
the metal industries. Both industries are crucial to the economics, competitiveness, and
industrial growth of the EU. The production, transmission, distribution, and sale of
electric power to the general public and industry are all included in the definition of the
electric power industry. When electricity was created for electric lighting in 1882, the
commercial distribution of electric power began. 

Companies engaged in oil and gas drilling, refining, and exploration and
development are included in the energy industry. Integrated power utility firms using
coal and renewable energy are also a part of the energy sector. Due to the electrical
components of our tumbler, which is a charging tumbler, we are a part of the electric
power industry. It is also an energy industry because we utilize solar power, which is a
renewable energy source that we installed and can use sunlight energy to provide
electrical energy for the flashlight as well as to produce the cooling and heating effects
of the tumbler. We also belong to the category of metal energy since we

employ stainless steel in our tumblers to provide long-lasting cooling and heating
effects. We may reasonably conclude that it is related to the metal, energy, and
electronic power industries. We want to have traits of usefulness and potential value in
a product, much like entrepreneurs do. We thus want to manufacture and market this
type of invention, known as EMPTs. We think that individuals might certainly profit from
this sort of product because it offers a well- defined and convenient characteristic. 

Mission Statement 

Our goal is to become the world's most recognized provider of advanced

tumblers. to provide them with a realistic tumbler with quick access. We will go through
the process of demonstrating to the public the qualities and capabilities of our product
in order to demonstrate to them how valuable, resilient, and adaptable it can be without
harming the environment. Our first objective is earning the trust and providing our
cherished customers with a wonderful experience while utilizing our goods. In order to
build more effective tumblers that will be beneficial in any aspect of daily life, we will be
open to user input. We will seize any chance that presents itself and provide the
greatest items we are able to for our clients. 

We will work to expand our company by providing consistently high-quality items

that will satisfy every consumer. An eco-friendly and highly functional tumbler, the
Electric Multi-Purpose Tumbler makes people smile when they sip their favorite
beverage, whether it's coffee or even simply water. If the corporation makes a lot of
money from this product, it will also give back to society by supporting initiatives that
protect the environment and giving to charities and those in need. Providing
scholarships to help aspirants realize their dreams of becoming anything they choose.
This is not just pure business because we believe that business cannot be classified as
a business if making a profit is the main motivation, therefore we look up to support
those around us as well.

We use the Distribution Model to our business since this is the most typical
company model in our city. Due to its ease of access, this form of business model is
ideal for both the supplier and the customer. 

We also accompany it with the Advertising or Affiliate Marketing Model which is

also very effective for our firm since our product seems to be more convincing to be
purchased when it is exhibited. Moreover, we consider that the advertising model is
the most accurate strategy to promote a product.

A target marked is the specific group of people you want to reach with your
marketing message. They are the people who are most likely to buy the products or
services and they are united by very common characteristics like demographic and
behaviors. Targeting a specific market does not mean that we are excluding people who
do not fit our criteria. Rather, target marketing allows us to focus our marketing and
brand message on a specific market that is more likely to buy from us than other
markets. This is a much more affordable, efficient, and effective way to reach and
generate business. potential clients. We, JAWB's company choose to market to the
campers/ hikers, travelers, adults and young since we are producing a electronic multi
purpose tumbler. We choose them as our target market since it is very essential and
beneficial to their everyday life. Our target market also includes men and women ages
from 20-45 who enjoy being in nature and outdoor places with a low to moderate
incomes looking for essential and very budget friendly tumbler. Also our product is very
essential to urban, suburban and rural places because of its features that we put that
can be use in their everyday lives.

to fulfill the satisfaction of our valued customers. We also make sure that the price that
we are providing is in line with the commercial aim for a competitive price. The pricing of
our product consider the budget of our customers. Our pricing also determine the future
of our product, the demand of the customer and the return sales and profit of our
product and our business. In line with this the results will tell if our product and our
business will be successful or not in the future.

The cost of the raw materials seems to be as follows: Stainless steel 105.00
each tumbler; solar panel 20 watts 389.00 per tumbler; led lights 88.00 per tumbler;
charger cable 200.00 per tumbler; battery 431.00 per tumbler; charger port 57.00 each
tumbler; charger 114.00 per each tumbler; stainless steel paint 120.00 per bottle paint.
The markup is 89.95, and therefore estimate that the cost of the product will be 1,799.
The product is affordable and seems to have multiple uses through one tumbler, so the
expected price will be a good deal for customers who would like to purchase it. It will
ensure they receive value for what they spend on the item. Since the business wants its
customers to obtain products that are simultaneously essential and affordable for their
needs, many individuals can use them in the future.

The distribution of the product across the Philippines and possibly the world as
well represents one of the company's objectives. Due to the fact that our company is still
in its early stages, we have decided to first distribute our goods mainly in one city in the
Philippines. The Electronic Multi-Purpose Tumbler (EMPT), a product of the JAWB firm,
will be distributed initially in the Philippine city of Cagayan De Oro, in the Golden
Friendship district. Based on company's location, they chose this site to distribute their
goods. As a firm, JAWB'S takes into account where our business is at in relation to our
efforts to establish a brand for our company and our goods in particular.
Due to its population, which has many individuals who are discovering new, necessary,
and reasonably priced items, Cagayan De Oro City is the ideal location for distribution
to start. Additionally, since here is where our company is based, distribution is also
convenient for us. Our business wants to be well-known in the region where it was
founded. We'll start building a name for our product as soon as we introduce it, and as it
becomes well-known in the city, we'll appoint resellers within every barangay to
guarantee appropriate distribution.
The corporation will depend heavily on its resellers to generate sales and
earnings, but it won't stop at that level of distribution. The JAWB'S company also has
the idea to set up exhibits in a few malls so that interested clients can evaluate the
durability of the product. However, the business will have a real store inside of itself that
will act as the city's main store. If the product is perceived as not just being in style but
also having long-lasting durability, it will affect the company's sales in this particular
distribution. The product is make with intelligence that's why we will make and choose
right track of distribution in order people will see it's purpose.

Form of Ownership

A Corporation is a form of business operation that declares the business as a

separate, legal entity guided by a group of officers known as the board of directors. The
corporation is liable for the actions and finances of the business. The creation of a
corporation involves a legal process called incorporation where legal documents
containing the primary purpose of the business, name and location, and the number of
shares and types of stock issued are drafted. A corporate structure is perhaps the most
advantageous way to start a business because the corporation exists as a separate
entity. A corporation is a legal entity created by individuals, stockholders, or
shareholders, with the purpose of operating for profit. Corporations are allowed to enter
into contracts, sue and be sued, own assets, remit federal and state taxes, and borrow
money from financial institutions.

A corporate structure is perhaps the most advantageous way to start a business

because the corporation exists as a separate entity. We believe that corporation can
make our company more suitable in this type of business because corporation can be
owned by individuals and/or other entities, and ownership is easily transferable via the
buying and selling of stock. Since a corporation is its own legal entity, it can enter
litigation on its own, protecting us owners which the JAWB'S Company consist of five
board of directors or shareholders from personal liability in the event of legal action.
Each of us owner of the corporation generally owns a percentage of the company based
on the number of shares we might hold. Since corporation shares are easy to buy or
sell, ownership of a corporation is easily transferable. This is especially helpful for our
business continuity and longevity.

 There are several advantages that our company can benefit from choosing
corporation including the limited personal liability, easy transfer of ownership, business
continuity, better access to capital and (depending on the corporation structure)
occasional tax benefits. The legal structure of our corporation and the benefits we
receive from it will depend on the specific setup of our business. It has also a personal
liability protection in each one of us that can corporation provides us more personal
asset liability protection to us owners than any other entity type. For example, if a
corporation is sued, the shareholders are not personally responsible for corporate debts
or legal obligations even if the corporation doesn't have enough money in assets for
repayment. Personal liability protection is one of the reasons that's why our business
choose to incorporate. All stated can be a big asset to the company but we will also be
cautious during the run of our business because even corporation has a lot of
advantages it has also disadvantage, in the end our company will always choose to be
wise.

CEO- Chief Executive Officer is the top position in an organization and responsible for
implementing the existing plans and policies, improving the company financial strength,
supporting the ongoing digital business transformation and setting the future strategy.
Mr.Brix Zuluaga is the assign CEO since he is the one who discover our product and he
is the one who knows more on how to make and improve our product also he is the
responsible for implementing our existing plans.

Financial manager- plays a critical role in providing a financial guidance and support to
a company also known as finance manager or finance lead. Ms. Winjen Abad is the
assign financial manager since she is the one who will lead to hold finances and she will
be providing financial guidance to our company also she will make a real difference to
our business success.
Marketing Manager- responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic
marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and
retain existing ones. Ms. Angel Alim is the one assign in Marketing Department since
she will be the one to create developing market plans and campaigns for our company.
She is responsible for planning and tracking for the budget and strategy, also tactics to
boost the company’s reputation.

Human Resources Manager-  strategic and coherent approach to the effective and
efficient management of people in a company or organization such that they help their
business gain a competitive advantage. Ms. Sheribelle Bobadilla is the assign in
Human Resources Manager since she is the one who will to maximize the performance
of the employee in service of an employee’s strategic objectives. The plan coordinate
and direct the administrative functions of an organization she will oversee the recruiting,
interviewing and hiring of need staff.
