Luza: Hello, my name is Luz Adriana Mendivil Trejos, I am a public accountant and together with

the accountants Nicolle Castilla Castillo and Diego Hincapié Gil, we are going to talk to you about
the processes or tools that an accounts payable simulator should have.

(Here is a music guy with a picture and how?)

Hello guys and girls of our channel, welcome to this new section of inexperienced accountants.
First, we must clarify that what we are going to talk about today is based on our experiences,
therefore, they will be good tips for people who want to be trained in this subject.

Well without further ado let's get started.

LUZA: our simulator contains several options within each format, like the ones Nicolle mentioned a
moment ago, ok, now we will see the debts to pay part

In this section of debts to pay we find the format where each credit purchase movement is
recorded:

We start with the date of payment of the debt, following the date of issue, the bill number, the
third, the name of the person, the value of the account payable, value of the assets and the total,
we can also print this document and we have the option to go to the invoice payment from this
section.

In the bill payment we have the option to fill in the data that they are requesting us, and we can
print the payments, likewise if we want to create a new format, we have the new option that will
automatically clean the format. Returning to Home we also find the bill payment button.

On the other hand, we have the inventory: all the products are available in the inventory, the
code, the type of product, the purchase price, the sale price, the units that have entered and the
total, we also have the option of print this format if we want to have it physically.
