Corporate Corporate Leave Management System (CLMS)

Abstract

This project is aimed at developing an online Corporate Leave Management

System that is of importance to either an organisation. The Corporate Corporate
Leave Management System (CLMS) is an Intranet based application that can be
accessed throughout the organisation or a specified group/Dept. This system can be
used to automate the workflow of leave applications and their approvals. The
periodic crediting of leave is also automated. There are features like email
notifications, report generators etc in this system. The communication between the
team during the absence of a team member is easily managed by this portal.
Security issues are also handled in this project work. The portal can be used by the
whole organization. Leave Application and management portal focuses on
providing a one-stop platform to apply leaves by the employees and also helps
human resource to manage the leaves. The Portal not only provides the
functionality to apply for leave Leave Management application will reduce paper
work and maintains record in more efficient way.

EXISTING SYSTEM
The current system for leave management is through emails which is not
automated. The project on Employee Leave Management System was also
developed by UG students of SRM University. This project is developed using
visual c#, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL server. This was mainly
aimed at reducing the paperwork and hence to maintain all records efficiently.
