acknowledge that I have taken physical delivery of Motor Vehicle purchased bearing: Registration No.
TS08HR7147; Make/Model/Variant Maruti Suzuki Baleno Zeta Petrol; Chassis No.
MBHEWB22SMF702882; Engine No.K12MP4215657 (hereinafter referred to as “Motor Vehicle”) from M/s
Pureride Technologies Private Limited (“Seller”) vide Motor Vehicle Agreement for Sale dated 07/12/2022
(hereinafter “Agreement”). All terms referenced here incorporate the defined terms of the Agreement.
Seller hereby represents:
1. Receipt of total amount of INR 7,82,000.00/- (in words) Seven Lakh, Eighty-Two Thousand Rupees
Only (subject to applicable tax and excluding payment gateway charges if any)

Place of Supply: The sale of Motor Vehicle has concluded at the premises designated by the Seller Sarath
City Capital Mall, Shop Number 75, Second floor, Gachibowli - Miyapur Rd, Whitefields, Kondapur,
Hyderabad, Telangana 500084. Seller is unaware of any further movement of the car by the Buyer.
Buyer hereby represents:
1. Tax Collected at Source (TCS) @ 1% shall additionally be payable by Buyer, in case the purchase price
of Motor Vehicle exceeds INR 10,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Lakhs), in accordance with the provisions
of the Income Tax Act,1961.
2. That all payments (subject to applicable tax) of the Total Amount Payable have been cleared prior to
or on the Date of Delivery;
3. That Buyer has submitted proper KYC documents and financing documents (if applicable);
4. That, Buyer has taken the physical delivery of the Motor Vehicle, the details of which have been
mentioned in the hereinabove, after being fully satisfied with the conditions of the motor vehicle in due
acceptance of terms and conditions of the agreement and delivery note;
5. That Buyer will provide complete support (including being present at the applicable state Road
Transport Office) in the Document Transfer Processing and to execute necessary documentation to
complete transfer of title and registration of the Motor Vehicle upon the Buyer;
6. That Motor Vehicle has valid motor insurance coverage prior to or on the Date of Delivery.
7. In case, the Buyer opts or chooses loan option to purchase the said Motor Vehicle, Buyer hereby
acknowledges and agrees to pay the entire loan amount on or before the delivery date. However, due to
any reason, if the loan received amount is lesser than the loan sanction limit, Buyer shall be solely liable
to pay the differential amount immediately to the Seller.
