TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The above commitments are based on the schemes prevailing as of today. However, prices and schemes prevailing at the
time of delivery shall be applicable.
Vehicle will be delivered within May 31, 2024 subject to receiving the full payment & complete set of required
documents from the customer.
The delivery of the vehicle shall be subject to the availability of the colour, variant and model with us/ M&M and the
customer shall not hold the Dealership and/ or M&M responsible.
Any correction / modification in this form to be Countersigned by the customer.
This contract supersedes all discussions and negotiation and no verbal commitement will be honored.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Terms & Conditions form a part and parcel of the Order Taking Form ("OTF") and govern the vehicle booking by the Customer
made at the authorised Dealership of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is hereinafter referred to as "M&M" and
the Authorised Dealership is hereinafter referred to as "Dealership"). The Customer by signing the OTF agrees that the Customer has
read the terms and conditions mentioned herein in detail and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set out herein. These terms
and conditions supersede all other terms, discussions and negotiations whether written or oral that may have taken place between the
Customer and the Dealership and/or M&M.
2. The acceptance of the booking amount by the Dealership/ M&M is merely an indication of an intention to sell and does not result in
a contract of sale.
3. The Ex-showroom price of the vehicle will vary depending upon the variant and colour choice and the city where delivery is to be
made. Prices applicable at the time of delivery shall apply and the Customer agrees to pay such price.
4. GST (CGST/IGST/UTGST) and any other levies/ tax/ cess or charges will be as applicable on the date of delivery of the vehicle and
the same shall be borne by the Customer.
5. The Customer agrees that the prices and schemes prevailing at the time of delivery of the vehicle to the Customer shall be applicable
and any variance in the price of the vehicle shall be borne by the Customer. In case the Customer declines to pay any variance in the
price of the vehicle, the booking shall be treated to have been cancelled and the booking amount so paid by the Customer till date of
the cancellation would only be refunded subject to the deduction of cancellation charges to the tune of 10% of the booking amount.
6. Any cancellation request that the Customer makes should be through a written/ email communication only. The refund of the
booking amount shall be issued through cheque/ NEFT within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
7. Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd ("M&M") shall have the right to revise the specifications, standard fitments and or accessories for the
vehicles or introduce improved versions of the variants allotted to the Customer. The Customer agrees that such changes to the vehicle
shall be binding on the Customer.
8. Upon the intimation to the Customer from the Dealership about the confirmation of booking of this order, the Customer shall be
required to make the balance payment towards the price of the vehicle after adjustment of the booking amount no later than 10 days
before the scheduled date of delivery as communicated by the Dealership.
9. Mahindra & Mahindra strives to provide hassle-free and secured vehicle registration environment for its customers. Mahindra and
all its Mahindra Dealers ensure that none of their customers are required to share/provide their banking and other details to any
individual, by any means, for any purpose other than the one stated in this docket. Mahindra also urges its customers not to effect any
payment or transfer any money to any personal account of any entity or person with regard to vehicle booking, new vehicle purchase
under the behest of any promises or representations or otherwise, towards any preferential treatment not committed by Mahindra or its
authorized channel partner. Mahindra or its authorized channel partners will never ask for any payment in the nature of, but not limited
to, earnest money deposit or for any other reason whatsoever. Accordingly, Mahindra & authorized channel partners advises its
customers against making payments towards such solicited requests in personal capacity through any medium other than authorized
Mahindra channels. Please note that in the event any such payments are made by the Customer, Mahindra and its authorized channel
partners shall not be liable to the Customer for the purpose of vehicle booking, new vehicle purchase or otherwise and the Customer
shall not have any recourse to Mahindra for the same.
10. The booking at the Dealership shall be as per the specifications filled in by the Customer at the time of booking on the OTF. Under
no circumstances, will the Customer be allowed to change the model or make of the vehicle that has been mentioned on the OTF. In
case the customer wishes to change the model, make, variant or colour of the vehicle, the current booking will be deemed to have been
cancelled and a fresh booking shall have to be made by the Customer. Any amount collected during the original booking shall be
refunded back to the Customer without any deduction only in case of the Customer making a fresh booking.
11. Any modification in the order placed by the Customer for any reasons, be it for a change in address or name is not allowed. In case
of name change, the Customer will be required to make a fresh booking with the new name and pay the booking amount at the time of
the booking again. The amount collected during the original booking shall be refunded back to the Customer without any deduction.
Name changes in the OTF may be allowed at the sole discretion of M&M if such change is being made in favour of an immediate
family member, subject to verification by M&M of the relation between the Customer and the immediate family member. For the
purposes of this clause an "immediate family member" shall mean spouse, parents, siblings, children, and/or grandchildren. Name
changes in the OTF may also be allowed at the sole discretion of M&M if such change is being made in favor of a Company or a
partnership firm where the vehicle had been initially booked by a director or partner respectively.
12. The booking cannot be transferred to any other person or third party, unless allowed as per the afore-mentioned clause. The name
mentioned at the time of the booking on the OTF shall be the name appearing on the final invoice and on the RC of the vehicle as the
registered owner of the vehicle.

13. The Customer is aware that the delivery of the vehicle shall be subject to the availability of the colour, variant and model with us/
M&M and the Customer shall not hold the Dealership and/ or M&M liable and/or responsible for any delay or failure to deliver the
vehicle. The delivery date mentioned in the OTF is only a tentative date and is subject to change basis the availability as mentioned
above or due to force majeure situations directly or indirectly affecting the availability of the selected model, variant or colour ("Force
Majeure Events"). Force Majeure Events for the purposes of this clause shall include but not be limited to fire, storm, tempest, flood,
act of God, strike, lockout, act of terrorism, war or any other irresistible force, governmental restrictions, epidemics, pandemics or any
other reasons beyond the control of the Dealership/ M&M. Neither the Dealership nor M&M will be liable/ responsible to pay any
damages, either directly or indirectly, arising out of such failure to deliver or delay in delivery.
14. Neither M&M nor the Dealership shall be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the vehicle in case of a delay in obtaining
finance by the Customer for the vehicle.
15. While initiating a refund of the amount paid by the Customer towards any booking, neither the Dealership nor M&M will be
responsible to pay any interest over the amount collected from the Customer towards the booking.
16. Once the vehicle is ready for delivery, the Dealership shall arrange for the temporary/ permanent registration, as applicable to the
vehicle before delivery of the vehicle in compliance of the provisions of the "Motor Vehicles Act,1986" and subsequent amendments
thereto. Registration of the vehicle is however subject to the payment of the entire price of the vehicle as well as the payment of the
statutory charges and fulfilment of the documentation by the customer as prescribed under the RTO norms. Neither the Dealership nor
M&M shall ever be liable/ responsible for any delay in completing the said formalities for reasons beyond the control of the
Dealership.
17. In the event of any alteration or modification by the Customer to the vehicle in contravention of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 or
the rules and regulations framed thereunder (including but not limited to the technical or electronic systems), after the vehicle has been
registered in the name of the Customer, the vehicle warranty provided by M&M shall be deemed to be void. The Customer shall
indemnify and hold M&M indemnified against any claims, damages, losses, penalties, or charges incurred by M&M as a result of any
alteration or modification to the vehicle by the Customer.
18. The Dealership reserves the right to cancel the booking, in the event that the Customer fails to make the payment as per the
applicable payment schedule. In case of such cancellation an amount to the tune of 10 percent of the booking amount shall be deducted
from the amount that shall be refunded to the Customer.
19. The Customer hereby agrees and authorizes M&M and the Dealership to access the Customer's basic data/ contact details provided
in the OTF including but not limited to the Customer's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, birth date and/ or anniversary
date ("Customer Data"). The Customer hereby consents to, agrees and acknowledges that the Dealership may share the Customer Data
with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited("M&M") and that M&M may call/ email/ SMS/ Whatsapp or contact the Customer by making use
of any of the Customer Data, in order to assist the Customer with the purchase of the vehicle or to keep the customer informed
regarding the products of M&M or to send any marketing or other product or service related communication and other offers. The
Customer also hereby allows M&M to disclose the Customer Data to : a) any affiliate/ associate/ partners/ group companies/
subsidiaries or any person or entity (collectively "Data Receivers") for the purpose of communicating any offers or services, unless
otherwise duly notified by the Customer to customercare@mahindra.com, that no such Customer Data should be disclosed as above
and neither should the Customer receive any communication with regard to any offers or services.b) to the extent required to be
disclosed by operation of law, any regulatory authority, or binding judgement. The Customer has provided the Customer Data out of
the Customer's own will and has confirmed that neither M&M nor any other entity with whom such Customer Data is shared, shall be
held responsible or liable for any claim arising out of accessing or using such Customer Data. The Customer hereby also consents to
being assigned a unique identity by M&M. Furthermore the Customer understands that the Data Receivers may contact the Customer
using the said Customer Data to understand feedback on the products, experiences and improvement suggestions in the products and
services and for consumer profiling. The Customer Data collected will be analyzed collectively and not attributed to any one consumer
specifically i.e. the identity of the Customer will be protected during analysis and reporting stage done by any of the Data Receivers or
M&M. The conversations will be audio/ video recorded for only analysis and quality purposes and will not be published or circulated
in any medium, without the Customer's prior written consent.
20. Any dispute or difference relating to the enforcement, interpretation of these terms and conditions or other matters pertaining to the
booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and quasi-judicial authorities at Mumbai alone to the exclusion of all other
courts and quasi-judicial authorities.
21. M&M shall have the right to alter any of these terms and conditions or the process of booking, cancellations and other ancillary
matters at its sole discretion as and when considered necessary, without the Customer's consent. The Dealership will make reasonable
efforts at all times, to keep the Customer informed about such alteration, if any in the terms and conditions or the process as mentioned
above.
22. The Customer hereby also agrees to have read and abide by the other terms and conditions and disclaimers appearing on each page
of the OTF.

VEHICLE REGISTRATION ADVISORY

We at SIREESH AUTO PVT. LTD. are happy to facilitate the registration of your SUV. Do note that Registration Certificate
(RC)/ RC Smart Card/ High security Registration Plate (HSRP) is issued only by concerned Regional Transport Office (RTO)
and its authorized agents only.

Here's the registration process for your quick reference:

1. Registration process may get extended due to weekly offs, government holidays or RTO IT system problems.
2. Allotment of special registration number (Choice number) is not dealer's responsibility or in its purview.
3. Customer is fully responsible for disclosure of true & complete information in all the documents provided.
4. If all the documents are as per requirement of RTO authorities, RC/ Smart Card can be obtained in the specified time
period as prescribed by respective RTO.
5. In case any additional document is demanded by RTO authorities, it is mandatory for the customer to submit the same.
6. Time taken for the physical verification will totally depend upon the RTO authorities.

ESTIMATED TIME FOR REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

Approximate timeline for High Security Registration Plate(HSRP)/Permanent Registration and Receipt of Physical
Registration Card is between 30-90 days. Actual timelines vary due to multiple factors, requesting you to get in touch with
your respective dealership.
