Terms & Conditions
1. Hyundai Car (hereinafter “Car”) booked by you is governed by the terms as m entioned herein.
2. The details in the Digital Booking Docket (hereinafter “Form”) are verified and confirm ed as
correct by the Custom er.
3. These terms & conditions and booking docket supersede all previous understandings and
com munications pertaining to the booking – vehicle details, w aiting period, price details or
any other related information.
4. The terms hereunder are accepted by the Custom er digitally after carefully reading and
understanding the sam e.
5. Cars can be booked by individuals/ firms/ com panies, etc. w ho are com petent to enter into
contract within the m eaning of Indian Contract Act, 1872.
6. In case the booking amount falls short or balance amount / consideration for delivery as
specified not paid within tim e for any reason w hatsoever, the order will automatically stand
rejected. N o interest will be paid in such cases.
7. Hyundai Motor India Limited (H MIL) and its Dealers reserve the right to deliver cars to the
Custom er at their discretion and priority.
8. For color and variant preference, custom er is requested to opt one color choice for a particular
variant only. In case of any subsequent change in either color or variant preference, the
booking shall be rejected and Custom er ne ed to book the car a fresh as per applicable
process.
9. Paym ents
a. Custom er is required to pay the specified order acceptance price in full as may be
prevalent at the tim e of order acceptance. Paym ent of specified order acceptance price is
to be made by De mand Draft / Pay order/ Cheque or Transfer from Savings / Current
Account through N EFT/RTGS / UPI payable in favour of DEALER from the account of the
Custom er Only. If paym ent is through N EFT/RTGS, Custom er has to provide valid proof
to DEALER that the transfer made from the account is pertaining to the Custom er. N o
receipt is valid unless stam ping obtained on DEALE R's official receipt. If it is found till
delivery of the Vehicle that any of the amount to w ards booking or balance sale price is
paid from the account other than the Custom er, the Dealer is fre e to cancel the booking
at the sole cost of the Custom er and without any liability of the Dealer.
b. The balance amount to w ards the price of the car for delivery is payable to DEALER within
10 days of the intimation to custom er.
c. The Vehicle specification & price including statutory levies (Im port Duty, Excise Duty,
Taxes and other levies) will be applicable as prevailing on the date of invoice issued by
Dealer to the Custom er.
d. Custom er irrevocably instruct and authorise the Dealer to make all correspondence and
take all instructions relating to the order made, including cancellation transfer and
change of address only form Finance Com pany / Bank, financing the loan without
clearance from the Custom er.
e. Loans shall be disbursed at the sole discretion of the Bank / NBF C / Financing Com pany,
financing the loan and H MIL/ DEALER shall not be responsible in the event of delay or
rejection of Loan by the Bank / NBF C / Finance Com pany. The Loan Agre e m ent that may be
executed bet w e en the custom er and the Bank / NBF C / Financing Com pany shall be
exclusively bet w e en the m and shall bind the m only. H MIL and / or DEALER have no
association of any kind w hatsoever concerning such Loan Agre e m ent or its terms and
conditions.
10. Delivery
a. The Booking Reference Num ber (depending on vehicle model, variant and Color) of the
Custom er is assigned by the Dealer at the tim e of order acceptance. The delivery of Car is
according to seniority of order Acceptance Price deposited by Custom er with the DEALER
and is subject to sub clause (d) belo w of this clause.
b. Car Registration & Delivery shall be given after realization of full paym ent on the Bank
account of the DEALER and is subject to production and supply of car from H MIL.
c. The delivery of the Car shall be made after registration num ber is allotted on paym ent
receipt by the Transport Departm ent.
d. Docum ents required for registration of the car have to be sub mitted as per the policy,
rules & regulation of the transport authority of the concerned State Governm ent.
11. Cancellation:
a. N otice of cancellation should be sent to the DEALER together with the original paym ent
receipt.
b. Once cancelled, custom er order cannot be reinstated.
c. In the case of financed orders, cancellation request shall be sent to the DEALER through
the financing entity and refunds will be made by the DEALER to the concerned financing
entity to the extent of total disbursed loan amount and the balance amount if any shall be
made to the Custom er.
d. Dealer reserve its right to cancel the booked vehicle anytim e without assigning any
reason and can also limit the num ber of bookings by a person.
12. H MIL reserves the right to change / discontinue model, specifications and features without
prior notice.
13. Custom er is advised to quote the Booking Reference num ber & the date thereof for any
enquiry regarding delivery position.
14. In case of disputes, the sam e will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the
City of the DEALER with w hom the car is booked.
15. Value of Car for exchange may vary. Actual price will be determined based on condition of old
car, at the tim e of handing over old car by Custom er to the DEALER.
16. Custom er making claim under any promotional sche m es viz., Exchange Bonus, Loyalty Bonus
etc. as notified by H MIL / Dealer from tim e to tim e, shall fulfil criteria / conditions applicable
for such Sche m es and sub mit claim along with the required docum ents to the DEALER within
the tim e specified, failing w hich Custom er's claim will be sum marily rejected and no
correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
17. Ex-sho wroom prices for CSD Custom er is as per applicable rules & consent to the dealer from
CSD for vehicle delivery to the Custom er.
18. Waiting Period indicated is tentative only and is subject to " force majeure " conditions and / or
Delivery Clause above. The term " force majeure " m eans any circumstances w hich are
unusual, unforese eable and are beyond the control of H MIL and / or DEALER concerned, the
consequence of w hich could not have be en avoided even if all due care had be en exercised,
including but not limited to acts of god, w ar or threat of w ar, riot, civil strife, hostilities,
political unrest, governm ent action, industrial dispute, natural or other disaster, nuclear
incident, terrorist activity, sabotage, blockage, e m bargo, w eather conditions, transport
strike, fire, flood, typhoon, te m pest, drought, epide mic, Pande mic, Lock do w ns, short supply
of labour, fuel, ra w material, or manufactured produce, or otherwise preventing or hindering
the manufacture or delivery of the car and all similar events beyond the control of H MIL
and / or DEALER concerned.
19. In case of ne w product, vehicle price & tentative w aiting period details shall be inform ed to
custom er at the tim e of launch of the product.
20. Custom er undertakes to take delivery of the Car after registration by the transport authority
concerned and understands that the registration of the Car is at the sole discretion of the
transport authority concerned.
21. Custom er further understands that the agre e m ent of sale of the Car m entioned in the Form is
exclusively bet w e en Custom er & DEALER only and that Hyundai Motor India Limited, w hich is
operating with the DEALER concerned on principal to principal basis relationship, is not
bound by such terms or any representation or promises made by the Dealer to Custom er in
any manner w hatsoever.
22. Custom er agre es that the car booking and the terms & conditions m entioned therein shall
bind on his/ her/ their legal heirs, executors, legal representatives, ad ministrators, successors
and assigns as the case may be.
23. Custom er confirm that it has the information and kno wledge about the Diesel Particulate
Filter (DPF) feature in the Vehicle. Custom er is fully a w are of the consequences of not
follo wing the self-regeneration process after DPF light appearance on cluster.
24. Custom er hereby expressly consents H MIL to store / transfer the personal data (i.e. personally
identifiable data) that voluntarily supplied herein and process and use it by H MIL or its
affiliates I associates/ Dealers/ Agencies / Representatives to contact the Custom er through
outbound call by Telephone / Mobile N um bers or send SMS / WhatsApp or Email for offers,
marketing and / or promotions, product related information, ne wsletter, market survey, poll,
research, study., programs, enquiries about offerings, services and other legitimate
purposes.
25. All personal data accumulated will be acquired, processed, and used according to the
applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data for the sole purpose of
managing and maintaining H MIL’s o w n legitimate business interests.
26. Personal Data furnished in the Form may be used by H MIL as it de e ms appropriate or shared
with third parties viz., affiliates, auditors, dealers, legal advisers and marketing partners,
representatives, etc. contacted to provide services on H MIL’s behalf. H MIL may disclose
information if required to do so by any la w enforcing agency.
27. Although H MIL takes reasonable m easures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of
information, it cannot assure that Personal Data that Custom er provides will never be
disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with the Policy.

28. After sales service of KO NA EV will be available only at limited cities with selected dealers,
kindly visit at w w w.hyundai.com /in for more details and update.

29. In C N G equipped vehicle, all com ponent of C N G kit including but not limited to cylinder,
changeover switches, etc. are directly w arranted by CEV Engine ering (P) Ltd.
30. Custom er is prohibited from posting or transmitting on any social m edia or in public
(i) any unla wful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent,
harmful, abusive, inflam matory or other material or content that is otherwise objectionable
or is likely to violate rights of public and / or privacy or is likely to violate any la w.
31. The terms and conditions set out herein shall be governed by the la ws as applicable in India.
32. Custom er agre es to inde mnify and hold harmless H MIL and its respective officers, directors,
e m ploye es from any claim or de mand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fe es due to
or arising out of dispute bet w e en the Custom er and Dealership pertain to the booking or the
terms m entioned herein.
33. Digital Booking Docket is not a substitute to receipt, please collect your paym ent receipts
from the accounts for money paid to the Dealer.

34. Please do not accept any verbal com mitm ents from the dealer or its staff.

35. Purchase of insurance policy & accessories from dealer are optional.
