It is to submit that, as per oral instructions of the Kind Commissioner
of Police, Rachakonda, the CAR HQrts is proposed to establishment of a new
food canteen at CAR HQrts Rachakonda Amberpet for providing Tea &
Snacks, Tiffin and Lunch to CAR personnel on welfare measures.

In this connection, a committee is required to be nominated for site

selection, constructions of Canteen building, bidding process and fixation of
rates i.e Tea, Coffee, Tiffin & Lunch etc.

With reference to the above cited it is to submit that, as per orders of
the kind Commissioner of Police Rachakonda, a committee is constitution
with the following officers of Rachakonda for site selection, constructions of
Canteen shed, bidding process and fixation of rates i.e Tea, Coffee, Tiffin &
Lunch etc. to be establishment of a new food canteen at CAR HQrts
Rachakonda Amberpet. The Committee members names and details are
mentioned hereunder.
