EACH GROUP OF 15 STUDENTS SHALL BE GIVEN THE

FOLLOWING:

1. Draft A Writ Petition In The High Court Of Judicature At

Bombay Being Aggrieved Against The Inaction Of The
Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai To Maintain
Roads In The City Which Has Led To Two Deaths.

2. Draft a Suit for performance of contract against ABC

Builders who were entrusted with the task of
redevelopment of a Charminar Building at Powai,
Mumbai. As per the Contract dated 10.12.2018, the
Builder was supposed to redevelop and render for
occupancy the Charminar Building by 01.12.2022.
However, the Builder despite receiving a payment of Rs.
3.5 crores has failed to perform the contract. The Builder
has stopped the construction work since September
2020. Time is the essence of the Contract and the
Builder is supposed to pay a penalty of Rs. 50 thousand
per month of delay

3. Draft Written Statement on behalf of the Builder in the

above case by taking the defence of Covid Pandemic,
price escalation of raw materials and seeking further hike
of the construction cost which the Plaintiff has refused to
pay.

4. Draft an adjournment application seeking time to file the

Written Statement in the above matter.

5. Draft an application for condonation of delay in filing the

Written Statement in the above case.

6. Draft an Affidavit in lieu of Examination in Chief on behalf

of the Plaintiff in the above case.
7. Draft a legal demand notice to the Builder asking the
Builder to restart and finish the work and also to Pay a
sum of Rs. 50,000/- being the Penalty as per the Penalty
Clause. Of the redevelopment Agreement.

8. Draft a Redevelopment Agreement between Charminar

Cooperative Housing Society and ABC Builders.

9. Draft a leave and license agreement giving the flat no.

203 in Hirachand Building to a College Student for 11
months.

10. Draft a Police Complaint against ABC Builders for

cheating the flat purchasers by not performing the
Promise of giving ready possession of flats to the
purchasers after accepting the consideration amount.

11. Draft a Will on behalf of Mrs. Manjula Shah who has 3

daughters and 4 sons. Mrs. Shah has gold ornaments,
share holdings, Companies and Villas of which gold as to
be bequeathed to the eldest son, companies to all the
children equally, Villas to the remaining three sons and
all shares and debentures to the daughter.

12. Draft statutory demand notice for dishonor of cheques

worth Rs. 50 thousand issued by the ABC Builders to the
Charminar Cooperative housing Society.

13. Draft a Criminal Writ Petition seeking mandamus against

the Powai Police station for failing to take action against
ABC Builders for cheating the flat purchasers by not
performing the Promise of giving ready possession of
flats to the purchasers after accepting the consideration
amount.

14. Draft a Private Criminal Complaint against ABC Builders

making the Powai Police station as respondents for
failing to take action against ABC Builders for cheating
the flat purchasers by not performing the Promise of
giving ready possession of flats to the purchasers after
accepting the consideration amount.

15. Draft an Anticipatory Bail on behalf of the ABC Builders

apprehending arrest on the basis of the Criminal
complaint filed by Charminar Cooperative Society.
