include researchers, data analysts, designers, and influencer relations professionals.
You will build upon the work done by the team in analyzing search and social media
data, undertaking industry research, understanding the client's reputation
opportunities and challenges, and creating data-driven, counsel-led, impact-focused
digital reputation solutions.
You will create a LinkedIn-first content strategy to create, curate, and cross-post
long-form content for the company page and key CXO, employee, and influencer
profiles. You will work with designers and video editors to script and create
infographics, carousels, and animated videos. Sometimes, this content will be
repurposed for employee, customer, and stakeholder emailers. The content will link
the company's initiatives to larger narratives around nation-building, ESG/
sustainability/ social impact/ governance, purpose/ leadership/ culture/ diversity, and
digital transformation/ innovation/ market disruption. Creating impactful content will
require researching the company's annual integrated reports, industry analyst
reports, and social media/ search analysis reports.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate would have developed strong research and writing skills,
expertise covering complex sectors and topics, and strong communication and
presentation skills
They will be able to collaborate and nurture positive working relationships with
clients, internal peers, and external partners
Multi-lingual reading and writing fluency in English and one or more Indian
languages will be a plus
