First practiced at RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali Hospital in the Kanwa ward during the
afternoon shift from 14.00 – 20.00 WIB. Natasa will tell the routine in the Kanwa ward.

At 13.30 WIB
I carried out a guard shift in the ward nurse’s room. I am the afternoon shift nurse.

At 14.00-15.30 WIB
This is the time when the morning staff tell us about the patients and report any changes. The
recovering an handover nurse will rotate throughout the patient’s room by notifing the patient
that the guard has changed. And seeing the patient’s infusion if it has been recorded,after the
operand will be replaced immediately. And giving afternoon medication to every patient in the
Kanwa ward,the waiting when a patient’s family calls.

At 15.45-16.00 WIB
Nurse and students took turns eating and praying.

At 16.15 - 17.30 WIB

The nurse gives intravenous or oral medication to all patients. And record the patient's progress
in the patient's medical record book.

At 17.30 – 18.00 WIB

The nurses and students took turns taking a break for prayer. Usually there are also patients
who complain that the infusion is jammed, the infusion has run out.

At 18.00 – 19.30 WIB

Record the patient's status or medical record or development. Besides that, they also prepare
intravenous or oral drugs for nurse night staff 21.00 WIB.

At 19.30 – 20.00 WIB

On guard duty to nurses and students on duty on the night shift.
