    Teams will be judged as if the judge is their manager, or a part owner, as applicable.

    Scores must be assigned any number or fraction (in 0.5-point increments) between 0 and the
    maximum points available for that category.
    0% of possible points = inadequate or no attempt
    25% of possible points = attempted but below expectation
    50% of possible points = average or expected
    75% of possible points = above average but not perfect
    100% of possible points = excellent, perfectly meets intent

    /10 FINANCIAL: Did the team address if bulk ordering had any feasibility? Was there
    any benefit to meeting deliveries? How well were cost increases contained?

    /5 CLARITY: Did the team clearly communicate their plan?

    /10 REDESIGNS: Do the redesigns meet general functional/integration/system level


    requirements and are they costed accurately?

    /15 DATA ANALYSIS: Was there enough data to validate proposed actions supporting
    the above metrics? Did the team explain and fully understand the data they presented?
