THE MISSION OF MIDWAYS OPPORTUNITY HOUSE IS TO BUILD BETTER RELATIONS WITH OUR NEIGHBORS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, EMPLOYMENT AVENUES AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH MOMENTS WHICH ULTIMATELY LEAD TO A RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST.

Opportunity House has established a high involvement relationship with Shady Brook Elementary School through an aggressive volunteer program, teacher support initiatives, and annual praying for the school room-by-room. Volunteers are needed for the 2011-2012 school year. There are numerous areas for service opportunities. With cutbacks in personnel, our goal is to provide assistance to the teaching staff on a daily basis. Please come and be a part of this very important program for the students and teachers. There is an area in which your talent can be utilized.
