Basic Flow

Edit finding and assign PIC for each finding in the interal audit

Save the internal audit report => Internal audit report status =

Submit the internal audit report => Internal audit report status =

Submitted
Edit the findings of internal audit report.
If PIC open the finding, then PIC needs to review again
4 PIC
If PIC close out the finding, then reviewer can review the
finding

Review findings
If reviewers reassgin the finding, then PIC need to update the
5 Reviewer
finding
If reviewers close out the finding, then move to step 6

6 Reviewer Review Internal Audit Report (Status = Reviewed)

7 Approver Review Internal Audit Report (Status = Approved)

Note

After submitting the internal audit report,

auditor cannot edit it

PIC can only edit Non-conformity and

observation finding details

PIC can not edit close out finding

- Reviewer/Approver have the permission to

change finding workflow status
- PIC still have the permission to edit the Open
Findings only

- Reviewer/Approver still can edit the findings

except for finding status field
- PIC still have the permission to edit the Open
Findings only
User can close out IAR once all non-conformity
findings are closed out
