History
Rt100 is the result of 15 years of experience and development
of Taysan Makine Company for producing sugar and packaging
cube sugar, being a full automatic machine RT100 require
minimal financial, energy and working hand as a result of the
easiness of operating of the complex which
make it the number one preferred in world wide.
The complex is designed for working 24 h / day.
The policy of the company in cooperation with the owner of the
project to fit the complex to the present place, which should
have some important properties that being checked by our
professions to minimize the set up and manufacturing
problems which minimize the time of set up as well.
The complex is working with automation logic that being
controlled via operator control panel, that able the owner to
control the day production capacity and operation hours.
Moreover the panel save the data about the production which
able the owner to make statistics about the productions
process.Most of the complex parts are made of AISI 304
stainless steel which is approved for food making machines
and safety.

There is multi-head system scale and 4 loadcell unit on the machine.
The number of scale as4- 10 – 12 – 14 – 16-20-24 can be change in accordance with the product
that will be done and weight in gram at the multi-head scales.
At the Multi-head and vertıcal filling unıt RT-TD Scale Systems the goods that can be weighted
difficultly as dried fruit, mar, tagliatelle, dired grape can be packed easily.
The main chassis that operates under Multi-head Scale System is made of 6 mm thickness single

The products exiting from the box closing machine arrive at the
parcel filling unit with the inter-conveyor bands, the product in the
required amount (in order) will be pushed with a piston receiving the
signal from the sensor and be placed in the order. When the necessary
order has been formed, it will be vacuumed with the vacuum robot with
two axis descending from the top and be filled in the empty parcel.
After filling in the required quantity has been filled, the parcel will be
