atmosphere during the journey throughout the city. I assumed the hustle
and bustle along the tramway, the hustle and activity along the tramway, I
believed, it would break the silence of our walk as there were no people no
sound not even sirens. I observed every window was dark and the hazy
moon seemed to trap the silence in a net around it. I also saw empty
window of shops that had gone out of business and lightless buildings.
Interviewer: What do you remember of your granddaughter’s behavior and
reactions that night?
Grandfather: I remember quite a few things about my granddaughter’s
behavior and reaction that night. My granddaughter was following all the
instructions that I told her to follow but she was speaking loudly and I had
to tell her to lower her voice. She was lagging behind me as she had woken
from sleep so I had to stop at the end of the street. Furthermore, Natalia
was surprised after seeing the elephant, she held my hands and watched it.
Interviewer: What were your reasons for taking your granddaughter out
that night and what do you think she gained from the experience?
Grandfather: I found some reasons for taking my granddaughter out that
night and I think she also gained somethings from her experience. As I
didn’t say her earlier where I am taking her so it was an adventurous
journey for her. Moreover, it will also work as an experience that she will be
remembering.
