    The Philippines is dominated by tropical rainforests, one of the most biologically diverse terrestrial biomes in the world. It has over 52,000 endemic species, more than half of which are only found in the Philippines. Additionally, the country has the highest concentration of critically endangered and endangered species on the planet. This is due to the large numbers of endemic species, over half of which cannot be found anywhere else, as well as housing the highest concentration of critically endangered species globally.

    why it contributes in making the Philippines one of the most biologically diverse countries in

    Terrestrial biome in Philippines is a tropical rainforest. The land of the Philippines is


    dominated by one biome which is the tropical rainforest. Philippines is one of the large
    numbers of endemic species for more than 52,000 species that describes in the Philippines.
    More than half are found nowhere else in the world. Also the Philippines is the highest
    concentration of critically endangered and endangered species on the planet.
