3. Fee can be submitted via Internet Banking ATM/Mobile Apps or through Jazz Cash,
Easy Paisa, and UBL Omni etc to Bank Account. Please write down Transaction ID
on Application Form.
4. The applicants are required to deposit Processing Fee (for Serial No. 01, 02, 03 Rs. 800/-)(for
Serial No.04 Rs. 500/-) (for serial No. 5 Rs.300) (non-refundable).
5. Please tick on Bank in which fee is submitted.
6. Fee shall be submitted one of the following banks with Account Title: Advancement in
