Important instructions about the training course for

provisionally selected candidates

1. The provisionally selected candidates are required to report to the Department of

Computer Science, BHU for completion of the registration formalities and
verification of their documents from February 01 to February 03 between 5:00 pm to
7:00 pm.

2. Photocopy of the following documents is required to be submitted.

a. Marksheet of Class 10th,

b. Marksheet of Class 12th,

c. Marksheet of Bachelor’s Degree,

d. Government issued Photo Identity;

e. A passport-size recent colour photograph.

The originals of these documents should also be brought for verification.

3. The classes will commence on Monday, February 6, 2023; from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The sessions will comprise theory and practical exercises. The course is expected to
conclude in the month of July 2023.

4. The Course will be held in a physical mode in the lecture theatre of the Computer
Science Department, Annexe Building.

5. A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for the award of a certificate of

participation.

6. Those candidates who have laptops are encouraged to bring their laptops for practical
training/coding assignments.
