A faculty member at the Community Development and Peace and Development Studies
Departments, lecturing and advising students at the national diploma and degree level.
Specific accomplishments include:
•  Taught hundreds of young men and women (students) who have graduated and became
leaders driving positive change in their various communities in Sierra Leone and abroad.
• Mentored students in choosing and developing career paths, leading to excellent career
paths.
• Contributed to research projects and facilitated trainings across thematic subjects
including, but not limited to, community development, project design, implementation,
and management, entrepreneurship, rural and urban sociology, peace, and security.
• Facilitated workshops and seminars as part of the institution's workforce development

Teaching Religious and Moral Education to pupils at the Basic Education Certificate

• Taught thousands of pupils who have successfully sat and passed the Basic Education
Certificate Examination (BECE) with flying colours.
• Thousands of these pupils have proceeded to senior secondary schools, universities both
home and abroad, and graduated in different fields.
• Enforce discipline and moral values among pupils within the school.
• Developed a policy for the Social and Welfare Committee of the Junior Secondary School.

Supported the organization's development agenda in Sierra Leone. I was charged with the
overall responsibility of ensuring full implementation of the organization's long term strategy

officers, social workers and community mobilizers. 
• Led the formulation of the organization's strategic plan and organizational priorities.
• Led programme design and delivered successful projects targeting deprived and at-risk
children and their families.

speaking at fundraising events in Sierra Leone and UK.
• Spearheaded several advocacy initiatives at the national and regional and sub-regional
