🔥 The average human has 167 thoughts in a day but 97% are the same thoughts they
had the day before.

🔥 There are patterns that create our conditioning, and our habits and we can change
those and that can change our lives forever.

🔥 We are in winter and after winter comes springtime. This is our chance to become
strong in winter so it’s very easy to succeed in spring and summer and fall will therefore
be a time of reaping a high reward.

🔥 People who are highly abused in the world become the Oprahs of the world due to
high levels of suffering and they don’t want others to suffer.

🔥 This is about taking control of you – taking you to the next level – whatever that is
for you.
🔥 Tony’s not into positive thinking – he believes in intelligence, seeing things AS they
ARE, not better or worse than they are. That way you can create a compelling future and
close the GAP quickly!

🔥 The power of ENERGY in your life – if you’re low energy you’re not going to create
anything, if you’re high energy, you’re going to get into action and momentum!

🔥 The Lover: Loving their life and everything they're doing. Attracting things and people
into their life. This part of you is compassionate and connected. Where does your lover
live in your body? The lover says: “All you need to remember is, all you need to do is, all
you need to focus on is” – make the sound of the lover and stay in the heart-centred
lover space.

🔥 The Sovereign: Is the heart of service. This is the part of us this about wisdom that
comes come growth and contribution. It is an earned part. Where does your sovereign
live in your body? The sovereign says: “All you need to remember is, all you need to do is,
all you need to focus on is” – make the sound of the sovereign and stay in the
heart-centred sovereign space.
