Getting Started

There are 5 mandatory elements to “Getting Started” with the objectives of:-

• Ensuring we place the wellbeing, safety and welfare of all members

• Identifying the core values, methods and key policies adopted by Scouting
• Provide useful information to you in your new role

These modules are:-

• All available as e-learning

• Take between 30 minutes and 1 hour each
• Create a certificate of completion at the end (This should be passed onto your training
advisor)
• MUST be completed within 5 months of you joining.
