In Airtel Top Level Managers play a leading role in playing, hiring, structure and legislation in
order to perform their duties in the company. while other positions create a participation
forum, advice initiates action. One of the most important qualities needed for a manager is
the ability to command employee loyalty. This allows them to guide and influence their

objectives of the organisation. Airtel follows mentoring programmes where each worker will
have a mentor they have been assigned for their projects. The meeting between Mentor and
Mentee happens once a week. A meetings agenda is to match the mission of an individual
with the organisation's target. It also benefits workers by offering all the tools they want to
accomplish their objectives.

JIO- Directing

It is said that directing is a mechanism in which managers advise, guide and supervise
employee performance to achieve predetermined objectives. Directing is said to be the heart
of the mechanism of management. If the path role does not take place, preparing, scheduling,
staffing have no meaning.

 5-day corporate office work week.
 Saturday 2nd and 3rd off at Zonal offices
 Maternity benefits for all female workers.
 Unique approval is issued on a case-by - case basis for working women in the event of
any unique pre-and post-delivery condition.
 Employees are also allowed to take special marriage / anniversary / birthday leave on
occasion.
 On the occasion of child birth / adoption, male workers may take paternity leave.
