 We close wider span of control as. In this Care, there are 12 manufacturing
units both in India and abroad, So it is complex to communicate every task by
the company to its subordinates So, In this clear dadegation & well defined
positions are provided to each manufacturing unit developments. It is also a
care of matrix organisation where are employee is accountable to two or
more functional department like in this case, Someone in one manufacturing
project. In accountable to both central authority department like finanace, Hr
& also to project head like finance, Hr also to project head like engineering &
material head.
