Tubungbanua Apartment, Ortega Street, Estaka, Dipolog City, is the lawful owner
of a certain motor vehicle which is more particularly described as follows:

THOUSAND PESOS (̈́₱350,000.00), Philippine Currency, I hereby sell, transfer and
convey by way of Absolute Sale unto GLEN R. TUBUNGBANUA, JR, Filipino, of legal
age, and resident of Door 3, Tubungbanua Apartment, Ortega St., Estaka, Dipolog
City the above described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.
 
That a down payment of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱100,000.00),
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged shall be paid upon execution of this deed and
the remaining balance of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱250,000.00)
shall be paid in monthly installments of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (₱10,000.00)
beginning June 2021 until fully satisfied.
