It goes without saying that the approach to caring for children is critical to their development.

It
is frequently claimed that the people around them have a significant influence on their personality. As a
result, I intend to outline two possible childcare routines that would be beneficial to them

To the best of my knowledge, parents play a critical role in the development of children that
cannot be replaced by just choosing a well-trained nanny. If children want to learn more about their
surroundings, their parents are the most capable to help them grasp certain aspects, like how to behave
in a society or emotioally support them and help them achieve certain goals .Furthermore, going for
walks and generally creating a bond with parents will almost certainly have a positive impact on their
personal development.Friends, on the other hand, cannot completely be replaced by parents.

This is why I believe that being enrolled in public school or care systhems has a great positive
impact on the outcome of one’ s life. According to one recent study, children who attended a pre-
nursery school grew up to be more outspoken and strong-willed. Moreover, they were able to cope with
stress better than their peers who spent the majority of their childhood under the supervision of their
parents. Their speaking abilities were also superior and their social skills have developed a lot earlier,
giving them the opportunity to form meaningful bonds with people from outside their household much
earlier, which eventually will be really helpful for the children when they grow up and have to deal with
diverse working environments.

To conclude, balance is essential in order to sucessfully meet all needs that a growing child has,
and to my mind, a healthy relation between time spent with parents and time spent with children their
own age under supervision is key for a healthy physical and emotional development.
