According to one victim and witn another male in the face. ‘The scene was secured, the weapon was were being identified and interviewed. ‘The male is a known individual and identified by PA OLN 30 792 081 as Zachary Allen Dodson. Responding officers stated the scene was chaotic and people were running from the business in a panicked state as they were escaping gunfire. I then spoke with the vietim Joseph Morrison. Morrison is the owner and operator of Invictus. He reported a male was in the establishment and acting agitated and aggressive. He was not sure of the male's nane and this was the first time Morrison had seen him in the business. Tho male was yelling on his phone and at one point began punching windows. Morison warned the male about his actions. The male then screaned Et Morrison. Morrison again warned the male. The male continued to yell at Morrison. Morrison then closed the distance and grabbed the gun. As Morrison and the male struggled for the gun, the gun fired one tine, The exiting round struck Myrtaj in the Morrison then tackled the male to the ground, took the gun from him, unloaded the magazine and ejected the live round and held the male until Cpl. Young and Officer Thompson arrived and took the male into custody. Invictus has security cameras installed, operational and they captured the incident. Dodson can be seen being escorted out. Approximately eight (8) minutes later Dodson xeturns talking on the phone when he is confronted by Morrison. Dodson then drew a pistol from a concealed holster on his right hip. Myrtaj tries to intervene until Morrison grabs the gun attempting to disarm Dodson. ‘The gun can be seen firing and Myrtaj being struck in the face before he fell to the ground. Dodson is then tackled Myrtaj was treated at the scene and flown by helicopter to UPMC Altoona.
