This is Ayako contacting from Canadian College of English Language (CCEL) in Vancouver.

Thank you very much for sending your application form. I am happy to help you.
Here is the estimate for Full Time course for 26 weeks. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

Application fee(Non-refundable): $150

Tuition(28 lessons/week): $320 x 26 weeks = $8,320
Material fee: $10 x 26 weeks = $260

It is necessary for us to receive the above-mentioned fees prior to issuing you a Letter of Acceptance.
We will refund all of your fees except from your application fee ($150) if your visa gets rejected.

Once you get approval on your visa application, we will start arranging your accommodation, airport pick-up & drop-off service, and medical insurance.
Those fees are as follows:

Accommodation placement fee(Non-refundable): $230

Student residence(Single room, Shared bathroom): $1,150 x 6 months = $6,900
Student residence damage deposit: $200
Airport pick-up & drop-off: $160
Medical insurance: $75 x 6 months = $450

As Canada's border is currently closed due to COVID-19, 

most foreign nationals cannot travel to Canada until further notice unfortunately.
Therefore, I would recommend you to plan your study in Canada for next year.

That am an Ethiopian citizen and I would like to know as an international student comes from outside Canada, What are the other requirements to
complete the registration procedures to get there on time.
And if possible, inform me total cost that i have to pay to the institution .
