• The coupling was found to be

damaged in the air compressor.
• The new coupling was changed and
the unit was started for the
production.
1.2 CDI - AIR DRIER

• The drier was tripped due to fan

breaker failure.
• The new breaker was replaced, and
the unit was started for production.
1.3 CEOF - INGERSOLL
RAND R55I – WC10

• The separator element was

replaced.
• The pressure transducer
(49147127) was replaced.
2.1 AL REYAMI – NEW
COMPRESSOR INSTALLATION

• The new Technoman 75KW air

compressor was installed for the
maintenance of AF compressor.
2.2 TMP - AF COMPRESSOR
(CE46XS-1341) 8K SERVICE

• The compressor 8000 hours

service was started, and the
maintenance is going on.
2.3 DAILY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES
• The motor current and voltage were measured.
• The abnormal temperature, sounds, vibrations and leakages were
checked in the compressor.
• The oil was topped up at a required quantity.
• The fault alarm was monitored and recorded.
• The auto drain valve was tested in a daily basis for operation.
