4. Clean condenser coils with warm soapy water and clean low pressure air.(70 PSI)
5. Clean the filters with warm soapy water and clean low pressure air.(70 PSI)
6. Ensure all fans are operational.
7. Check thermostat settings.
8. Ensure the drains are clear and draining correctly.
9. Check unit for damage.
