JOB PLAN INSTRUCTION

1. Check air dryer is functioning properly.

2. Check the refrigerant low pressure cut-in switch. (22 Bar)

3. Check the refrigerant high pressure cut-out switch. (28 Bar)

4. Check inlet air temperature and record in table. (max 60 °C)

Check ambient air temperature and record. (max 50 °C) Higher temperature will reduce system

capacity and shutdown.
6. Check fan control #1 cut out and record. (14 Bar)

7. Check fan control #1 cut in and record. (18 Bar)

8. Measure and record compressor running amps. (FLA 7.7 amps)

9. Megger and record compressor motor.

10. Megger and record fan motor.

11. Check function of automatic drain valve.
