What is the most significant event that touched your nationalism in the
documentary film
The mere existence of Rizal, that he proved everyone wrong and gave justice whilst
doing what he loved to do, the fact that Rizal was there to serve the country and showed
patriotism and also highlighted parts of his life that made a big impact influencing his
patriotism; the incident when Teodora Alonso was accused of poisoning, the death of the
GOMBURZA priests, and also his controversial speech that he made in honor of his
friends’ achievements. These were reasons that encouraged him and to notice the
injustice in society under the ruling of the Spaniards that time.

C. What will be the relevance of the documentary film in our present condition?
That even we are in present state doesn’t mean that we don’t have contemporary issues
in our country, and even to this date plenty of Filipinos strive for justice in human rights,
an ongoing battle and also a never ending one, modern heroes arise whether they may
be a commoner or someone with a high status in life.
