The company is divided into four regions, each further divided into four districts of
twelve to thirteen stores each. All stores are specialized and each store has three
departments, whose manager reports to their respective supervisors.
Thus, the company follows a divisional organizational structure where all the
departments function, depending on similar organizational outputs with mixed
functional skills.
