Our records show that your water system requires servicing- Urgently!
We recommend that you change your filters every 6mos. The new replacement cartridges will
remove lead, arsenic, copper, and chlorine. Let me tell you what these chemicals can do to the
body. Lead can cause damage to the brain and decreases the development of cells; arsenic
increases the risk of cancer, & can cause diabetes; copper causes liver damage, and too much
chlorine has been documented as damaging tissues and cells in the body. Both the EPA and
government agencies have documentation online. Your new cartridges are urgent!

If they say they changed within the last 6 months

Let them know you will add notes to their account: find out when it was done, what was done,
and by whom.

If they say they have not changed them

We can take care of placing an order for them and ship the filters directly to them. “My guess is
that you have not had your whole-house water softener (WHWS) system serviced either,
correct?”

Well, if that’s the case, let’s help you get the cleanest and purest water possible. I can help order
your filters and have one of our service technicians come out to replace your filters and service
the water softener by reactivating the carbon and resin inside it.

How much will this cost?

Our service tech can replace the filters and service your WHWS for $379.
If you prefer, we could also send the service tech to service only one or the other $279
Of course, if you are comfortable changing the RO filters yourself, you can do that too.

Can I change the filters myself?

Many of our customers do change the filters themselves; however, some hire their own plumber,
or handyman, while others prefer that we send one of our service technicians to replace the
filters.
